These Terms of Purchase ("Purchase Terms") govern all transactions, orders, and purchases of jewelry and accessories placed on mowag6.com (the "Site"), operated by mowag6 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing an order on our Site, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.

  1. Order Placement and Acceptance

  • Offer to Buy: When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed prices, applicable shipping fees, and taxes.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment detailing your purchase. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not signify formal acceptance of your order.

  • Order Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed when payment is verified, your order is allocated, and the parcel is formally dispatched by our fulfillment center.

  • Right to Refuse or Cancel: We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including product stock depletion, pricing or catalog inaccuracies, suspected fraud, unauthorized credit card use, or suspected commercial reseller activities. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

  1. Product Representation & Pricing

  • Currency: All prices displayed on our Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, product offerings, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Price modifications will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Visual Authenticity: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, cuts, and finishes of our vintage earrings as accurately as possible. However, because natural and simulated gemstones (such as tiger eye, agates, and quartz) possess natural surface variations, and because individual computer monitors and smartphone screens render colors differently, slight visual discrepancies may occur.

  1. Payment Terms & Security

  • Payment Methods: We accept major payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other approved payment processors shown at checkout.

  • Cardholder Authorization: By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the designated payment method. You authorize mowag6 and our third-party payment processors to charge the complete purchase amount to your chosen method.

  • Secure Transactions: All payment transactions are encrypted using secure SSL/TLS protocols. We do not store raw payment card data on our servers.

  1. Shipping Terms & Rates All shipments are subject to our Shipping Policy:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders between $0.00 and $48.99.

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0.00 on orders of $49.00 and above.

  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $8.99 on all qualifying orders. Estimated transit time across all shipping methods is 10 to 20 business days following dispatch. Risk of loss and title to merchandise pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Designated Address All returns are subject to our Return Policy. Eligible return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery.

  • You must contact service@mowag6.com to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our designated return facility address.

  • Items mailed without prior authorization or shipped to the sender address on the package will not be processed.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in verified cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

  1. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mowag6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or purchase of our products. Our aggregate liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific item in question.
