What is mowag6? mowag6 is an independent online jewelry brand dedicated to distinctive vintage, antique-inspired, and bohemian earrings. Our collections feature statement chandeliers, floral drop medallions, celestial motifs, and geometric filigree designs crafted with premium crystals, faux pearls, and artisanal metalwork.
How can I contact your support team? You can reach our customer support team by emailing service@mowag6.com. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? We begin processing orders shortly after payment verification to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email service@mowag6.com immediately with your order number. While we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request prior to carrier pickup.

How long will my package take to arrive? Estimated delivery time across all shipping methods is 10 to 20 business days following the date of dispatch. Prior to shipment, orders undergo a quality verification and packaging window of 1 to 3 business days.
How do I track my order? Once your parcel has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number and an online tracking portal link. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for initial tracking scans to appear in the postal system.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns and offer refunds? Yes. We accept returns and issue refunds for eligible items that are unworn, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging with all protective materials, tags, and seals intact.
Where should I send my return package? All returns must be shipped to our designated return facility address. You must email service@mowag6.com before shipping any merchandise back. Our team will verify your eligibility and provide you with an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the exact designated return address. Parcels sent without prior authorization or shipped to the return address on the exterior shipping box will be rejected.
Who pays for return shipping fees? For discretionary returns (such as personal preference, style change, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for all associated return postage, tracking, and shipping costs. In cases where you received a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, mowag6 will provide a prepaid return label or cover reasonable return postage expenses.
How long does it take to receive a refund? After your return package arrives at our designated facility and passes quality inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. It may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

How should I care for my vintage earrings? To preserve the antique finish and crystal sparkle, avoid direct exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, makeup, and harsh household chemicals. Put your earrings on after applying beauty products, and remove them before showering, swimming, or sleeping. Gently wipe clean with a dry, soft lint-free microfiber cloth after each wear, and store them flat in a lined jewelry pouch away from humidity.
